In 1929, a product was launched carrying the name “Pelikan fountain pen”. It included a new, differential piston filling mechanism and a large ink viewing window. Just how trend-setting the function and design of that time was, becomes apparent in the fact that they are still used today and that Pelikan fountain pens yet remain a symbol of perfection, individuality, and inspiration.
In celebration of its 75th anniversary, Pelikan has developed a representative fountain pen: The “Anniversary Pen”. Combining the most outstanding details of the models launched between 1929 and 2004, it interprets this time span in its particular way.
